I've been a resident of the Tampa Bay area for more than forty years. Living in the Brandon area I have become very familiar with the market and the growth of the community. Watching Valrico, Brandon, Riverview and Apollo Beach expand at a rapid pace has made the real estate market very exciting.

I really enjoy being that interface between the customer and their goals, whether it be a new home or a resale. Accomplishing the completed transaction in either a purchase or a sale makes me feel like a true professional. I take pride in helping the Spanish Speaking community.

Relocating families is something I enjoy. Relocating can be stressful at times and I believe my abilities to work with people in these situations is an asset.
