This is Bob Metivier of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. As a young man, I was a broker for Century 21 in Arkansas and then moved to Oklahoma as a broker as well. Then I became an Information Technology consultant and CEO of an IT firm. Recently, I was excited to see that technology had become a key part of real estate and would be for well into the future, and I re-joined the ranks of real estate agents, this time in sunny Florida. I enjoy working with people and helping them through the somewhat complex maze that is the modern real estate transaction.
