Jason Juliano

I first arrived in South Florida in 1993 while stationed on a U.S. Coast Guard Cutter in Miami Beach and I knew immediately this was where I wanted to be. Over the past 25+ years, real estate has been at the center of my professional life. I began by purchasing and remodeling distressed properties, transforming potential into opportunity and bringing homes back to life.

In 2001, I opened and managed a mortgage lending company in Fort Lauderdale, leading a team of more than 23 brokers and helping local agents secure financing for their clients. By 2008, I transitioned fully into real estate as a licensed REALTOR®, combining my hands-on investment experience with deep market knowledge and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

In 2012, my entrepreneurial mindset took a creative turn when I unexpectedly fell in love with photography. After a friend handed me a professional camera and asked for a photo, I discovered a new calling. Recognizing that REALTORS needed more innovative and higher quality media, discipline, and detail to market their listings, I founded a real estate photography marketing company dedicated to delivering high-quality photography, video, and media production. Since then, our work has helped sell more than 16,000 properties across Florida and beyond, including luxury homes around the world.
