My grandfather built a successful property portfolio, and after I fled Nicaragua in 1980 during the civil war, I learned firsthand the stability and sense of belonging that a home provides. That experience shaped my lifelong passion for real estate, not just as a business, but as a way to create security, legacy, and opportunity.

My journey began with a love for design. In my 20s, I studied interior decorating and later managed design projects, skills I now use to help sellers elevate their home’s presentation and help buyers see potential beyond what’s visible.

Following in my grandfather’s footsteps, I became a real estate investor myself, buying, renting, and selling properties across South Florida for more than a decade. This hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of the market from every angle as an agent, investor, and homeowner.
