Michael Carozza

Originally from New York City, Michael spent 10 years as a successful energy broker on Wall Street. Here he engaged in negotiating options and futures contracts for major financial institutional clients. During his tenor on Wall Street, Michael acquired and sharpened an impeccable knack for negotiating and an efficient, ease for completing a transaction for his clients.

Even during his time in New York City, Michael has always had a passion and love for Florida, knowing that one day he would make the move down to the Sunshine state to call it home. As Michael was planning his move down he begun to gain a strong passion and focus on the Florida real estate market. It had become clear that his skill set he acquired working down at the Trading Floors would translate seamlessly as a REALTOR®.

Michael joined The MN Team, under Coldwell Banker, where he could pursue a career in a field that he is passionate for and where his meticulous attention to detail, client service, and expertise in negotiation would thrive.

Michael has a B.S. degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University.
