Timothy “Chris" Hayes was the first of three sons born to Tim Hayes, an executive for Bayer Healthcare, and Susan Hayes, an interior decorator. Though Chris took his first breaths in San Antonio, Texas, his time in the Lone Star State would be short-lived, due to the demands of his father's career. In fact, Hayes moved to 7 different states as a child before eventually settling in Chester, New Jersey at the age of 10.  He went on to graduate with Honors in Economics from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.

In South Florida, Chris has been the General Manager of several successful Lounges and Restaurants, always placing the utmost value on the #GuestExperience more than anything else. His motto is providing #UnreasonableHospitality and cultivating memories that will last forever. In fact, that is exactly how he met his wonderful wife, Alexis, at his cigar lounge in Boca Raton! 

As a Manager, he leads by example. Bringing his sense of Humor, Kindness, Great #Energy and Reliability, he is thrilled to join Coral Springs/Parkland Coldwell Banker Team.
