Tim Schirripa, with an early introduction to the real estate industry at the age of 19, has forged a

extends beyond real estate sales, currently leading luxury residential and resort development.
In 2014, Tim founded TDS Realty Advisors, a turnkey comprehensive solution for investors looking
to shift their capital into real estate projects. TDS manages client interests and development
projects through asset classes, portfolio building, and asset management. TDS provides clients
with the tools to attain financial freedom.
In 2024 The Schirripa Group launched focusing on luxury residential sales & commercial/investment
real estate within the Coldwell Banker Brand. The Schirripa Group boasts a talented and dynamic
team of results-driven leaders with over 50 years of combined expertise.
Tim is also the founder of Perfect Real Estate Visuals, a full-service company offering a new
perspective on real estate marketing.
Currently overseeing luxury construction projects exceeding $150 million, Tim remains committed
to building strategic relationships, mentorship, transparency, and fostering meaningful
