After being introduced to the real estate industry early at the age of 19, Tim has built a highly successful business on the foundation of integrity, expertise, performance, and a genuine concern for his client’s interest above all. Since 2000 the Florida market has certainly seen its ups and downs. Throughout the cycles, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership and innovative solutions for his clients and partners.

In 2014, Tim founded TDS Realty Advisors to get a real estate advisory investment firm that specializes in property development, real estate investment advisory, residential real estate, as well as commercial real estate. He has transacted on a diverse class of assets and has acquired an expertise that encompasses residential and commercial real estate, investment opportunity, land development, asset and property management, construction/renovation projects, joint ventures and real estate syndication.
