With over 10 years of experience in real estate investments, I specialize in representing both buyers and sellers, and have successfully facilitated corporate relocations. I offer extensive expertise in market analysis, trend forecasting, and identifying high-value investment opportunities. My focus spans South Florida to Central Florida, where I have closed over $30 million in sales and completed more than 200 transactions since 2022. With an in-depth understanding of Florida’s major cities, I provide a unique advantage that sets me apart from other real estate advisors.

With over a decade of experience in the automotive industry, I managed training initiatives for 44 Toyota dealerships, bringing a solid corporate background to my clients. The marketing strategies I developed, insights into dealership operations, competitive analysis, and cost optimization techniques all contribute to the value I offer. These skills, honed during my time at Southeast Toyota, have directly influenced my ability to create well-structured sales processes for buying and selling homes. My expertise spans everything from sales strategies to in-depth product knowledge and competitive market analysis.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, I’ve spent the majority of my life in South Florida. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, I am an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University and a proud member of Phi Theta Kappa, as well as serving as a DECA Advisor at Stoneman Douglas.
