Hi, I'm Ashley Garcia, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty serving Florida's Emerald Coast.

While I was born in Fayetteville, Georgia, Florida has been home for as long as I can remember. I moved here when I was just a year old and have grown up exploring the communities, beaches, and neighborhoods that make this area such a special place to live. I graduated from Crestview High School in 2023 and began pursuing a career in real estate because I've always been fascinated by homes and the stories behind them. I believe real estate is about much more than buying or selling property it's about helping people find a place where they can build memories, feel secure, and truly feel at home. Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked in fast food, retail, and as a receptionist. Those experiences taught me the importance of communication, patience, attention to detail, and most importantly, listening to people's needs. Today, I bring those same skills to every client relationship.
