I am a lifelong Crestview native and proud graduate of Choctawhatchee High School, Class of 1983. My career began in my family’s successful business, where I worked until the first of our two companies sold. I then continued a 25‑year career in the petroleum industry with Tate Oil Co., Inc., serving as Executive Vice President for the last decade before our sale to Phillips Oil Company in 2005. 

During my time in the oil industry, I managed Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, monthly taxes, HR responsibilities, and collections. I also served as the primary contact for major fuel contracts with EXXON Mobil, Chevron, BP, Citgo Unbranded, and Murphy Oil Unbranded. 

After the company sale, I transitioned into real estate — a field where my business background, contract experience, and strong work ethic became invaluable. I began my real estate career with ERA American Realty, earning multiple awards and recognition as a Top Ten Agent within my first two and a half years. Over the years, I have worked with Pelican Realty and Development, Southern Key Properties, Inc., Realty ONE Group Emerald Coast in Destin, and now proudly serve clients with Coldwell Banker Realty. 

I stepped away from real estate in 2022, but I am excited to be rejoining the industry I love. Today, I work with both sellers and buyers, and I also handle commercial real estate, offering a full range of services to meet the needs of clients across Okaloosa and Walton Counties. 

My philosophy has always been simple: my word matters. What you see is what you get. You may not always hear what you want, but you will always get my honest, professional opinion. My goal is to help every client find the home of their dreams or successfully sell their current one — and to make the process as smooth as possible. 

I proudly serve Northwest Florida, including Crestview, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Milton, Shalimar, and South Walton. As the mother of a son who is ex‑Army — and a friend to many others who have served — supporting our military community, it is deeply personal to me. I understand the sacrifices made by service members and their families, and I am honored to assist them with their real estate needs throughout Northwest Florida.
