Tammy Schappert

Meet Tammy Schappert — your Florida real estate agent with big energy, a little sass, and zero interest in making real estate boring.

Now proudly with Coldwell Banker Realty in Crestview, Tammy brings years of real estate experience, strong negotiating skills, and a personality you definitely won’t forget. Originally from New York and now calling Florida’s Emerald Coast home, she understands firsthand what it’s like to pack up, start fresh, and make a big move.

Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to Northwest Florida, selling a property, or just trying to figure out what the heck the market is doing, Tammy is here to keep it real, keep you informed, and keep the process moving.

Her approach is simple: no sugarcoating, no disappearing acts, and no cookie-cutter service. Tammy believes her clients deserve straight answers, strong communication, creative marketing, and an agent who will fight for their best interests from the first conversation all the way to the closing table.

She proudly serves Crestview, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Milton, Pace, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities.

When you work with Tammy, you’re not just getting a REALTOR® — you’re getting an energetic advocate, problem solver, negotiator, cheerleader, and occasionally the person who says, “Okay… here’s what we’re REALLY going to do.”

Buying? Selling? Relocating?
