Gary’s connection to Florida runs deep. Although he spent the past 30 years living in New Jersey, he had an incredibly unique upbringing as a seasonal “snowbird,” spending winters in Vero Beach during his youth, transitioning twice every year for his schooling between the two states. That experience gave him an early appreciation for the Florida lifestyle—and a perspective that resonates strongly with today’s relocation buyers making that same move.

Now based in Delray Beach, Gary blends local insight with firsthand understanding of what it means to move from the Northeast to South Florida. Whether working with first-time buyers, relocation clients, or those looking to downsize or invest, he focuses on making the process
smooth, informed, and stress-free.

It’s his favorite subject and is the easiest way to get him chatting. Another fun fact: he affectionately has the nickname, “Triple G”, which are his initials.
