Originally from Slovakia, Mariana Demkova-Hencken is multilingual and speaks English, Slovak, Czech, and Polish. She moved to the U.S. in the early 2000s and completed bachelor’s and master’s degrees in international business and finance.

Mariana always had an interest in real estate, and while working with a broker in her early 20s, her exposure ranged from California luxury residential market to commercial investments in Florida. This has led her to pursue the real estate profession on her own. She quickly developed experience with high-end clientele, using her superior customer service skills to form strong business and personal connections. She maintains a flexible schedule and is an accessible resource for all of her clients with a proven record of happy customers on both sides of a deal.

A longtime Boca Raton resident, Mariana approaches her business with a global mindset. With exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping clients from all walks of life, Mariana is the transparent and trustworthy real estate agent that you need in your corner. 

Mariana obtained her real estate license in 2011, and she especially enjoys working with millennials and first-time homebuyers. She uses her background in business and finance to complete quick mathematical calculations, helping her clients make decisions about their real estate transactions. She likes helping others and is especially passionate about solving child abuse and women’s issues. With skills in communications, sales, and operations management, she has a keen eye for detail that is essential to working in this complex industry. She has facilitated several personal deals and participated in many multimillion-dollar transactions. 

In her free time, Mariana enjoys traveling, working out, reading, and cooking. She loves to learn and is always continuing her education. She has already earned several certificates in Redecorating Interior Design, management and tourism, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management. She is currently taking Feng Shui course and is planning to add Staging certificate as well that will further her skills in helping others to sell or find their dream home.
