Tori Easterling

Tori Easterling is a Sales Manager supporting agents across Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and the greater Palm Beach County market. With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, she brings a powerful blend of production expertise, brokerage leadership, and professional education to the agents she serves.

Tori began her career in 2006 and earned her broker’s license in 2011. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for strong pricing strategy, skilled negotiation, and building systems that help agents create consistent, sustainable growth. She has coached and trained hundreds of real estate professionals, helping them refine their business models, elevate performance, and expand their opportunities.

She is an active leader in both the industry and the broader business community. Tori serves on the Speaker’s Bureau for the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, is a board member of the Gold Coast Council of Public Relations, and contributes to the Professional Development Committee for the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie REALTORS®, where she is also a faculty member.

In addition, she is engaged with professional networks that support expanded opportunity and representation within real estate, including involvement with LGBTQ+ and multicultural industry organizations such as the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and related community initiatives.
