No pets please and you will have a shared laundry area and shared open patio in the yard. Water/sewer/trash cost is included in the rent. Short term rentals under 6 months are subject to 13% sales/tourist tax. Dunedin is the sister city to Stirling, Scotland, so you will see many things associated with it around town. We are a laid-back community that enjoys walking around town and stopping at a local coffee shop. Don't be surprised to see golf carts roaming around the town as we are golf-cart friendly.
