I have been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. I have 13 years of experience in new construction as well as general brokerage. I have instructed classes to have general brokerage realtors certified in new home sales. The certification is known as CSP and is recognized by the National Association of Realtors. I specifically taught greeting, qualifying and overcoming objections which are beneficial skills in all aspects of buying and selling real estate.

I am licensed in Virginia as well as Florida and maintain a small team there as well. I typically sell from Palm Beach south to Hollywood. I became an Associate Broker in 2016 when I moved to Ft. Lauderdale and also have experience in Managing Broker fields.

Buying and selling a home can be difficult or a pleasant experience. My negotiating skills have become refined and I can adapt to either a buyer or seller's market. I always try to look at the big picture and strive to find a solution without offensive behavior. I am definitely a glass half full person and believe that a good attitude works better towards a closing than intimidation.
