Jeanna Barlas

Jeanna is a Fort Walton Beach native with extensive experience in construction, renovations and real estate. She attended the University of West Florida and graduated with a BS degree in Construction Engineering in 2004 and became a licensed State of Florida Certified General Contractor in addition to being a realtor. She went on to work in the commercial and government sectors prior to taking a break to be a mom and have her 3 kids. Upon re-entering the workforce in 2014, she chose to focus on custom residential construction with her families construction business Nielsen Construction specifically focusing on home on the water or in the coastal zones. In 2017, she founded her own construction company JCNB, Inc. As a result, she is the perfect agent for a buyer or seller whom is looking to build, renovate or explore development options. With 2 decades of experience and contacts, she practically knows everyone in town. In addition, she owns multiple investment properties and has also flipped homes too.
