Miguelina Ramirez began her real estate career in 2008 when she joined a team responsible for generating over 600 MM in sales. Since then, Miguelina has been an in-house sales executive for several South Florida outstanding real estate projects including, The Plaza on Brickell, 500 Brickell, The Ponce de Leon, Centro, The Ocean Resort Residences Conrad Fort Lauderdale, Elysee Miami, and Brickell Flatiron. Miguelina has also contributed to the sales of Aria on the Bay and The Bond on Brickell. In 2012, Miguelina's former broker recognized her as a Top Producer for Downtown/Brickell for her $3.3M sale in St. Regis Bal Harbour. In addition to this, she was recognized as one of their strongest pre-construction and development sales specialist, receiving medals in 2016 for her sales at Centro, where she closed 98 units, and her sales at Brickell Flatiron in 2017.

Miguelina attributes her success to selling the city that she loves. "I love helping people see what this city has to offer; I don't think there is anything more joyful and beautiful than seeing houses in a place with a beautiful clear blue sky." She also attributes her success to customer service, negotiation skills, and market knowledge.

Miguelina Ramirez is originally from the Dominican Republic. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has some knowledge of Portuguese. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Florida International University and an Associate in Arts in Pre-Law from Miami Dade College. Miguelina has experience working with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants of all price ranges. She has a broad international perspective with extensive travels throughout Europe, South America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, allowing her to understand and appreciate an entire world of buyers' desires. To this date, Miguelina has worked with customers from Canada, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Colombia, Brazil, Bolivia, Uruguay, Argentina, Finland, Italy, France, and Spain.

Fun facts about Miguelina: She has volunteered at the Miami Rescue Mission, Miami International Book Fair, Miami Science Museum, and the Environmental Coalition of Miami and the Beaches. She loves the beach, the sun, playing tennis, running, and drinking Cuban colada.
