Patricia Riestra-Peraita and Patricia Romano (The Pats) are licensed Real Estate Brokers, Certified Short-Sale Specialists and Licensed Property Managers. The Pats have been in the real estate business for close to 35 years starting their prestigious careers at Colwell Bankers. The Pats are founding partners of Pat Pat Bayfront Realty and Associates, LLC. In addition to real estate sales the company manages real estate properties including L'Esplanade Shopping Center and as a Licensed General Contractor the company has remodeled many properties in Key Biscayne and other locations in Miami-Dade County. The Pats firmly believe that successful professionals like them have an obligation to contribute to the enrichment of the community where they live and work. The Pats have both occupied the presidency of the Key Biscayne Rotary Club and are currently Rotary committee members of the Key Biscayne Spring Festival, the fundraiser event to eradicate Polio and collaborating with Chief Press' Foundation for Liberty City. The Pats have also served on the board of the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce and on the committee in charge of the Fourth of July Parade. Their active participation in other civic associations and events amply demonstrates their commitment to improving the lives of our Key Biscayne neighbors.
