strong negotiation skills to every real estate transaction. My professional background includes automobile franchise ownership, where I served as a Dealer Principal for twenty years, plus automobile management for an additional twenty years.

I have been licensed in real estate since 1999 and have been a Florida resident for more than 35 years. I
specialize in the Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota and Bradenton real estate markets and offer deep local knowledge built through
decades of living and working in the area. I have personally lived in Siesta Key, The Inlets, Palm Aire, and
currently Lakewood Ranch, giving me firsthand insight into neighborhood lifestyles, market trends, and property values
