Joshua was born and raised in Bradenton Florida. Growing up locally, Joshua has a vast amount of
knowledge of Bradenton on a street by street basis that simply can not be obtained overnight.
Attended and graduated from Lakewood Ranch High School in 2014 ,he played Basketballthroughout his high school career, eventually becoming the captain of hisbasketball team during his senior year. Joshua has continued pursuing basketball
by coaching privately and becoming head coach of the WAVE travel basketball team.
Joshua`s professional background includes customer service, sales, and Real Estate Investment consulting.
This experience has positioned him better to understand the individual needs of each of his clients
and tailor a Real Estate path unique to them. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor,
Joshua was first introduced to the Real Estate on the investment side
which helped him understand opportunities within the market when he sees it
