My name is Kerry Becker and I have some exciting news to share!  We will be moving to Ave Maria, a town in Naples Fla. After many rewarding years at Coldwell Banker in Lakewood Ranch, I will be moving my business down to Naples. To my valued clients and friends, please know that my dedication remains the same: providing strategic guidance, personalized service, thoughtful execution, clear communication, and  the utmost discretion in every transaction. I have been a full time resident for Florida since 2013, part time from 2009. Native of New England  Woodbridge, Connecticut, we moved to Bradenton Fl where I began my second wave of a real estate career. The first wave being in CT. Educated at Central CT Univ. with a degree in Elementary Ed, I taught school many years in my hometown of Orange, Woodbridge and New Haven. Moving to FL I went back to the career I truly love, real estate. Since 2012, I have sold hundreds of houses and condos in the Lakewood Ranch/ Bradenton area. In 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2022 I received the Presidential Circle Award from Coldwell Banker, and in 2021 and 2020 the Diamond Society Award. Tara Golf and Country Club has been my home, for 14 years./ Florida has become my new home, let me help you make it your home too.
