Hi!  I’m Mike Curtin

Having lived in East Manatee County for 30 years, I’ve witnessed its remarkable growth and have a deep understanding of what makes this area special. As the former Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at a publicly traded home-building company, I oversaw the sale of thousands of homes in Golf and Country Club Communities throughout the State of Florida.  Our company developed, managed and built the homes within these communities.  This experience has given me unique insights into club operations and their value to homes, enabling me to effectively highlight the distinct features and benefits of our communities. As a dedicated golfer—having captained my college team and competed in numerous local, state-wide and national tournaments—I understand that each golfer has their own preferences and needs.
