Raised in a Sarasota real estate family, Evan’s passion for property began early. “My grandfather, Ed Kalin, was a Sarasota developer and investor for decades, so I always knew I’d follow in his footsteps,” he says. “My family has been here nearly 75 years, and it’s a privilege to help clients buy and sell homes in such an architecturally rich community.”

After earning his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Real Estate Law from the University of Central Florida, Evan launched a thriving real estate career in New York City, becoming the go-to agent for high-profile actors, musicians, athletes, and Fortune 500 executives. His work and listings have appeared in Elle Décor, Architectural Digest, The Wall Street Journal, and The Real Deal.

In 2020, as many clients began relocating to Florida, Evan expanded his business to Sarasota, combining deep local roots with a world-class perspective.
