We had decided to find a home in Florida through the internet. I met Norma over the phone. Norma went out of her way to accommodate my husband and I. Norma went to look at houses we were interested in and to our surprise she sent back videos. She took videos inside and out doors and around the street to show what type of neighborhood the house was located in. Her professionalism gave us the insight we needed beyond what was on paper. She kept us grounded and finally we got what we wanted. Norma is extremely good in keeping the paperwork in order and on schedule. She is incredibly responsive to all our questions and very flexible.
