I’ve called the Bradenton area home for more than 40 years, and that local connection plays a big part in how I approach real estate.

I was raised in Bradenton and have spent years on the waterways surrounding Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Sarasota, Tampa Bay and the surrounding Gulf Coast. Because of that, I understand this area from both the land and the water. I know the neighborhoods, the coastal communities, the boating access and many of the details that can make a big difference when someone is buying or selling a home here.

My background in yacht brokerage has also given me a unique perspective. I’ve spent years helping clients buy and sell high-value boats, manage complex transactions and make important lifestyle decisions. That experience taught me the value of listening, communicating clearly, negotiating effectively and building relationships that last well beyond the closing table.

When it comes to waterfront property, my marine experience can be especially valuable. A waterfront home is about much more than the view. Dockage, water depth, boat lifts, bridge clearance, canal access and proximity to open water can all affect whether a property is truly the right fit. These are things I deal with regularly, and I enjoy helping clients look at the full picture.

At the same time, I don’t limit myself to waterfront or luxury real estate. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to Florida, moving within the area or preparing to sell a longtime residence, my goal is to give every client the same level of attention, preparation and service.

To me, real estate and yacht brokerage go hand in hand. Both are about understanding how someone wants to live and helping them find the right fit for that lifestyle.

I’m also a proud father of a son and a daughter, and after more than four decades in this area, I have a real appreciation for the community, the people and the lifestyle we’re fortunate to enjoy here.

My goal is simple: make the process straightforward, enjoyable and successful, while being someone my clients can trust and rely on long after the transaction is complete.
