Eileen Gillen and Debbie McHardy are members of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Eileen is a member of the exclusive Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program which is achieved by less than ten percent of all Coldwell Banker Agents. It is based on the successful negotiation and sale of multiple $1M+ luxury residences. Debbie is actively involved in the RASM Global Business Council and Women's Council of Realtors, with Debbie holding leadership positions as President of the Sarasota Council and Director of the Florida Realtors organization.

Prior to becoming a Realtor in SW Florida, Eileen owned a real estate development business in addition to having a busy professional career. The real estate business specialized in the acquisition, renovation and rapid resale of residential properties for profit. Simultaneously, Eileen was a Licensed Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist running a private practice in Moorestown, New Jersey.
Debbie McHardy, a dynamic Realtor with over 20 years of local and international real estate experience has a true passion for connecting people with their perfect home. Originally from South Africa, Debbie brings a unique international perspective and a deep understanding of the global real estate market.
