island where Doug and Nicki Davis have successfully helped

have over 70 years of combined Real Estate experience and

and 1987, respectively.

Doug Davis
Doug Davis has been in the Real Estate industry since 1980,
Owner/Broker of Lake Hills Realty licensed in Indiana and
Illinois. He graduated Indiana University in 1969 and Purdue
University in 1971. From 1971-1973 he worked for Chrysler
Corporation, then in 1973 – 1978, Manley Bros Industrial Sand
Co. in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. In 1987 he became a
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In 1995,
Doug married his wife Nicki, whom he met at Coldwell
Banker, and believes behind every successful man is a great
woman!

Nicki Davis
Nicki Davis agrees with him! She is an author (Love Good,
Karma) and real estate agent who works and lives on Marco
Island with her husband Doug and their beloved companion,
Karma. Nicki is the founder of The Joy of Giving Charity, which
for over thirty years has provided Christmas gifts to hundreds
of local children. Nicki has been awarded the Spirit of Marco
Island Award in 2019, the Unsung Hero Award in 2016, and the
Humanitarian of the Year in 2009.
