Sanja Hardy

As a top-producing Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty and a member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, I help buyers, sellers, builders, investors, and businesses successfully navigate the Brevard County real estate market.

I am Corporate Relocation Certified and Commercial Real Estate Certified, with experience in residential sales, new construction, relocation, investment properties, land, and commercial real estate throughout Brevard- Florida’s Space Coast.

My experience working closely with builders gives my clients valuable insight into new construction, builder incentives, contract negotiations, inspections, and the closing process. I also maintain a strong network of trusted local professionals, including home inspectors, HVAC contractors, roofers, fencing companies, handymen, stagers, and other service providers. This allows me to help clients coordinate the details of preparing, purchasing, selling, or maintaining a property, all with one reliable point of contact.

My approach combines in-depth market knowledge, strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, resourcefulness, and consistent communication. Whether I am preparing a property for the market, helping a buyer find the right opportunity, representing a builder, coordinating a relocation, or assisting with a commercial transaction, I remain focused on protecting my clients’ interests and delivering exceptional results.

For me, real estate is about more than completing a transaction, it is about earning trust, building lasting relationships, and becoming a dependable real estate resource my clients can confidently recommend.
