Ian Morel

Ian H. Morel brings a distinctive combination of institutional finance, investment analysis, and transaction experience to residential and investment real estate. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Master of Science in Finance from Villanova University. He is a CFA® charterholder.

Prior to entering real estate, Ian built his career across several leading financial institutions in New York. He worked as an Investment Banker at Evercore in its New York Mergers & Acquisitions Group, advising on complex corporate transactions; as an Investment Associate in Ares Management’s New York Private Credit Group; and in roles within Alvarez & Marsal’s Alternative Investment Services Group and Deloitte’s Transfer Pricing Group. His experience spans M&A, private credit, valuation, financial analysis, due diligence, and complex investment decision-making.

Ian brings this analytical foundation to real estate, helping clients evaluate opportunities through both a financial and strategic lens. Whether working with buyers, sellers, investors, or clients relocating between major markets, he approaches each transaction with an emphasis on rigorous analysis, thoughtful advice, discretion, and long-term value.

Beyond his professional work, Ian is a member of the Miami Association of REALTORS®, the United States Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, CFA Society New York, CFA Society Miami, and CFA Society Netherlands. He is also an avid music producer. His combination of Wall Street experience, advanced financial training, and real estate expertise enables him to provide clients with a sophisticated perspective that extends beyond the traditional brokerage relationship.
