Yosef "Yossi" Razon is a Broker Associate with the Razon Portfolio Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, specializing in luxury residential properties, waterfront estates, commercial real estate, investment opportunities, new developments, and marina properties throughout South Florida.
With an extensive background in both residential and commercial real estate, Yossi began his career in New York City, where he worked as a principal, investor, and licensed real estate broker. Over the years, he has successfully participated in acquisitions, redevelopment projects, commercial office developments, hospitality transactions, and investment properties throughout the United States and abroad.
Among his notable accomplishments, Yossi served as Managing Partner in the acquisition, redevelopment, leasing, and sale of a 24,000-square-foot property on Manhattan's Upper East Side, participated in the development of a major commercial office project that later became part of the Bank of America Tower assemblage, and represented the owners of Chicago's historic Congress Plaza Hotel in connection with its sale. His experience also includes projects in Connecticut, Israel, and other international markets.
Today, Yossi works with clients throughout the United States, Europe, and Israel, continually expanding his international network and collaborating with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and commercial clients. His diverse background provides valuable insight into market trends, investment opportunities, and strategic decision-making.
Known for his strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and straightforward approach, Yossi is committed to helping clients make informed real estate decisions with confidence.
