Andres Morales was born in Venezuela and was raised in Miami FL. His dream was to become a professional tennis player. In his early years, he won junior tournaments in Florida. Following those junior years, he became a professional tennis coach at the age of 22, teaching and coaching some of the best players in Miami.

Teaching for the best leagues in Miami and working with over 500 clients, Andres made a name for himself in the tennis circuit. He then opened up his own tennis program and became very successful through marketing and social media. After 15 years of coaching, Andres became curious about a new role and crossed over into the real estate arena, learning about the industry and people’s needs. He received his real estate license and was able work with his clientele from his years in tennis. This is where he received first-class, hands-on experience in contracts and deal- making.

Having a strong knowledge of the local market and understanding client’s needs, Andres has transitioned to real estate since then and has built great relationships with his clients, helping them find single family homes in Pinecrest and Coconut Grove to exclusive vacation condo homes in Miami Beach. In addition, he has sold multi-million-dollar waterfront properties in Miami Beach and is determined to be a top listing agent for his clients.

Andres is a great communicator and listens to his clients and works hard for them. He has proven throughout his time in the industry that he is one of the best realtors in South Florida. As an athlete, he was determined to win. This determination and perseverance has crossed into his real estate career. But most of all, he loves making his clients happy while earning their trust.

Andres is very talented and is always willing to learn new avenues of promotion, marketing and strategizing, especially in technology and social media. He knows what it takes to work with buyers and sellers, especially when it comes to giving his expert advice on pricing and marketing their homes.
