Claudia holds an MBA from American University in Washington, D.C., and has a background in accounting, which provides her with a strong analytical foundation and sharp attention to detail. Before transitioning into real estate nearly a decade ago, she spent 18 years with Shell, where she held executive roles in marketing, procurement, and quality management systems, further refining her leadership and process improvement skills.
