Chip James

Chip James brings nearly two decades of real estate experience, a long-standing connection to Naples, and a client-first approach to Coldwell Banker Realty’s Fifth Avenue South office.

Chip’s relationship with Old Naples dates back to 2003, and in 2016 he joined Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, working from Karen Van Arsdale’s Naples office. During that time, he gained invaluable experience in some of Naples’ most distinctive markets, including Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples and the beachfront communities along the Gulf.

His career has also included nearly 20 years of representing buyers and sellers in Ohio, where he built a reputation for thoughtful advice, strong communication and putting his clients’ needs at the center of every transaction. His professional accomplishments have been recognized by the Ohio Association of Realtors, and he was named to the Dayton Business Journal’s prestigious 40 Under 40 list.

Now affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty on Fifth Avenue South, Chip brings together his Naples experience, extensive real estate background and genuine appreciation for the community as he works with buyers and sellers throughout the Naples area.

Away from real estate, Chip is the father of six and an avid tennis player. He values relationships, family and community, and believes the best real estate experience begins by listening carefully, communicating clearly and helping clients make decisions with confidence.
