Meet Pam Delaney

Originally from Foxboro, Massachusetts, I relocated to Southwest Florida in 2010 after more than 25 years in educational sales, including roles as an Office Manager and Treasurer for a New England educational sales group and as an Educational Consultant for Newsweek Magazine. I began my real estate career shortly after arriving in Florida and was honored to be named Rookie of the Year in 2010.

I joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2017 and have continued to build my business through hard work, market knowledge, personal service, and lasting client relationships. I’m proud to have achieved Diamond Status in 2021, 2022 and 2023, followed by Sterling Status in 2024.

I believe education is essential in an ever-changing real estate market. I continually participate in professional training and have earned the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), e-PRO® (Internet Professional), and C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) credentials. I live in Worthington Country Club in Bonita Springs with my husband, Wayne. When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me golfing, following my favorite New England sports teams, practicing yoga, reading, knitting, painting, or learning to play Mahjong.
