Hi, I’m Jules Ferguson, a Florida Realtor serving Tampa Bay, Orlando, Miami, and clients throughout Florida. I specialize in new construction, luxury real estate, relocation, first-time homebuyers, and investment opportunities.

For me, real estate has always been about more than buying or selling a home. I genuinely enjoy helping families, and I’ve built my business around a simple philosophy: take care of people first and let everything else follow.

When I’m working with buyers, my goal isn’t just to find you a house. It’s to find the right home, in the right location, at the right price, while negotiating every incentive possible. That means looking at the entire picture, from builder incentives and seller credits to financing options, interest rates, and ways to reduce your overall costs.

For my sellers, I take the same hands-on approach. Whether it’s identifying improvements that can increase your home’s value, helping coordinate renovations, developing the right marketing strategy, or negotiating to maximize your return, I’m involved every step of the way.

Before real estate, I played collegiate football, which helped shape the competitiveness, discipline, and work ethic I bring to my clients today. More importantly, I’m a husband and proud father of two amazing boys. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find us traveling, spending a day on the water, or at one of the kids’ games or practices.

At the end of the day, my clients aren’t transactions. They’re families trusting me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives, and that’s something I take personally.
