My name is Latisha Hunter, A resident of Detroit, Michigan for more than 36 years and now living in Central Florida for 18 years. My background is in Restaurant Management for over 30 years. I was offered an opportunity to relocate to Florida with the restaurant chain Wendy's International in 2007 and moved to Central Florida. I graduated from Davenport University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I started my career at age of 16 then became a manager at age of 18 years old then became a District Manager by the age of 25. My strengths are in results orientation, training, and people development. I am passionate about educating and helping others. My passion is to help first-time buyers find their dream home, couples who may want to downsize, or an investor that is looking to buy or sell great property in Florida.
