Reenie is an award-winning Realtor/Sales Associate in the Orlando Southwest office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc. listing and selling residential properties in the Central Florida counties of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake Polk and portions of Brevard.
Reenie has extensive experience in assisting with Corporate Relocations, both incoming buyers and outward bound sellers. She is knowlegeable in the facilitation of Short Sales and Foreclosure distress sale transactions. Reenie provides excellent marketing for the properties that she lists for sale by focusing on the quality of the information, photos and virtual tours that will be distributed to over 550 websites worldwide.
In addition to having mentored rookie agents in her office, Reenie has previously traveled across the U.S. as a national real estate sales trainer with an international company. Reenie is also an attorney with membership in the Florida Bar. Her other previous professional experiences include corporate tax consulting, employment litigation, and various accounting positions.
Reenie earned her Juris doctorate at Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. She earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree Magna cum Laude with dual finance and accounting majors at Ashland University in Ohio.

As a Realtor, Reenie is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Reenie is also an attorney with membership in the Florida Bar Association.
Reenie has attained Coldwell Banker designations as a certified relocation specialist, certified negotiation specialist, a certified e-pro agent, and a certified marketing specialist. Reenie's other awards include A Five Star Realtor designation and an Orlando Top 100 Realtor as part of the Frush Team. Reenie is also a consistent contributor for the Coldwell Banker Cares Charity Foundation.
A native of northwestern Ohio, Reenie also spent several years living in Chicago, Illinois, before eventually settling in Orlando, Florida. Because she believes that Central Florida is one of the best places to live in the United States, Reenie truly enjoys helping families relocating to the area explore their housing opportunities.
Reenie enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, walking, kayaking, watching movies playing golf and Phase 10. Reenie is also an active member of The Church of the Ascension women's ministry, Newcomer's, Ushers and Festival Choir.
