High-level athletes learn to read the play before it happens, communicate instantly under pressure, and stay composed when the stakes are highest. Those are the same skills I rely on as an agent: anticipating obstacles before they derail a deal, negotiating hard on my clients' behalf, and keeping a level head through multiple offers, tight timelines, and complicated closings. I still coach volleyball today, channeling that same drive into developing the next generation of athletes.
