Cheri Kaplan

Raised in Colorado, Cheri spent her formative years navigating winter ski slopes and summer mountain climbs. That same energy and drive carried into her academic pursuits at the University of Colorado and Metropolitan State University, where she studied International Business, Psychology, and Spanish—a foundation that seamlessly supported her early career in fashion and the airline industry. 

After relocating to South Florida in 1990, Cheri earned her graduate degree in Education and served as a School Principal, sharpening the negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills that would later define her real estate career. 

For the past 20 years, Cheri has been a trusted force in South Florida real estate, bridging high-level commercial expertise with tailored residential service.
