Originally from Northern California, she moved to San Diego for college, earning a Business Degree from SDSU. Kim then settled in the Los Angeles/Ventura County area, where she discovered her passion for real estate and technology.

Her diverse experience spans working with a mortgage company, a general contractor/developer, a real estate syndication firm, and serving as a short sale specialist for a bank. Additionally, her exposure to high-tech industries has been a valuable asset in her real estate career.
