Downstairs is another living area set up as a game room with large screen TV, Bar area and awesome pool table as well as screened porch with cozy couch and chairs, enough things to entertain adults, kids, teenagers or young at heart. There is also a fenced yard perfect if you want to bring your furry friend along ($100 per pet fee). Upstairs has wrap around decking with table 6 chairs completed with a wonderful swing and more chairs to enjoy summer ocean breeze .
