There are also bathrooms/showers located on the side of the restaurant building as well as laundry facilities with brand new washers and dryers that accept credit and debit cards, no need to worry about quarters. The marina itself is in a very safe, secure location and also has controlled, gated access to the docks. The dock staff is of the highest quality and more than willing to assist in any needs you may have. There is also onsite fueling with prices maintained and monitored weekly to ensure they are below all the local public marinas. Should you wish to purchase a slip as an investment for a future need, the marina office will actively manage your slip in their rental pool. They only charge a 7% management fee, meaning, you keep $.93 of every dollar that comes in! Live aboard is also a possibility as the marina has 55 live abord permits available on a first come, first served basis.
