I have been in Real Estate since 1999 and I love it! My husband and I own several investment properties in Bay County, so I have a unique position as both a homeowner & investor. I love to work with all types of buyers and have experience selling a wide range of different properties. I spent the first 15 years of my career on the new home construction side of Real Estate- both selling and managing sales teams and communities.

With sellers I will always give my honest advice & feedback in order to help maximize their profit. I do ALOT of social media marketing for my clients which I find to be very successful & necessary in today's world.  From time to time, I do make silly videos to promote a property or to highlight our beautiful beaches because life is too short to not be able to laugh at yourself :) I love what I do, and I try to show that through my relationships with my buyers & sellers so they can also enjoy the process. My most important goal is to provide an excellent experience for my buyers and sellers.
