Sonja Givens Cope

Hi there! I’m Sonja Cope, and I’m thrilled to be part of Coldwell Banker in beautiful Panama City Beach, Bay County, Florida. Before diving into real estate, I spent over 20 years in big-box retail management with well known brands L’Oréal, Old Navy, and Sears. Those years taught me the value of strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service — skills I now use to help my clients enjoy the smoothest real estate experience possible.

I’m an Auburn University grad (War Eagle!) with a Business Degree, and I love combining my business background with my passion for helping people find their place on the Gulf Coast. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for a beach getaway, or selling your current property, I’m here to make the process simple and as stress-free  as possible— and even have some fun along the way!

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my supportive and amazing husband, Eric, our two dogs, Cash and June, and our cat, Theo — probably soaking up some sunshine by the water. I’m also proud to give back to our community through more than 13 years of service as a Guardian ad Litem in Bay County, advocating for children as a volunteer.
