Monique brings over twenty years of client satisfaction experience offering buyers and sellers the highest level of attention, professionalism, and trust. Five year ago, she transitioned her corporate customer happiness background from the luxury goods industry to the real estate arena and has not looked back.

Prior to joining Keller Williams Lucido Global, Monique served in leadership positions with Nordstrom and Rolls Royce, overseeing training programs for her respective teams. As Team Leader with Lucido Global, she has incorporated her “Personal Touch” approach. It all starts with answering the phone and treating everyone with dignity and respect. Her team has earned multiple awards including top expansion team.

Being a long-time etiquette advocate and trainer, Monique founded VERITAS Institute, School of Protocol & Etiquette, specializing helping individuals achieve success through civility. Considered a subject matter expert, Monique has made numerous media guest appearances.
