REGENCY PUB is a well-established business of 40 years located on a primary East-West thoroughfare (Ridge Road), a short distance east of U.S. Highway 19 in Port Richey, FL. The PUB is located in the Ridge Road Shopping Center and is a casual neighborhood bar with local clientele, serving beer, wine, and bar beverages. The sports bar atmosphere is a clean, relaxed environment where many patrons know one another and gather to watch sports on TV, play pool, darts, pinball, and similar entertainment. The current owner is ready to retire and is offering this turnkey operation to someone interested in carrying on the legacy. When acquiring this ongoing establishment, you will avoid the high costs and delays of permitting, construction, and buildout to start your own neighborhood pub, and this opportunity gives you a fully licensed (2COP - Beer & Wine Only) operation that is already staffed and generating income. It is surrounded by stable residential and business demographics, and supported by a mix of loyal regulars and seasonal visitors. Showing by Appointment ONLY.
