I’m Caitlin Walp, a St. Pete native and real estate agent serving Seminole, Saint Petersburg, and the surrounding beach communities.

Before a home ever hits the market, I work with my sellers to get it fully ready so it stands out from day one. That can include decluttering, haul-away, yard clean-up, and improving curb appeal because how a home shows from the start directly impacts the results.

I also work closely with out-of-state buyers relocating to the St. Pete and Tampa Bay area, helping them understand things most people don’t think about - like flood zones, insurance costs, taxes, and how different neighborhoods truly live day-to-day.

With over 6 years of experience in real estate, along with a background in property management and hospitality, I focus on making the process clear, strategic, and as smooth as possible for every client.
