Chuck is a Licensed Real Estate Professional that is truly dedicated to my clients.  He holds all the tools and confidence to excel in selling and buying property. His extensive background in senior management in major retail companies has allowed him to develop excellence in core skills needed in real estate transactions with regards to communication, negotiations, and analytics. He stays loyal to his clients with an ethical approach to doing business. He is personalized service with a passionate approach for helping clients with their biggest asset in their portfolio. He joined Coldwell Banker as a Global Luxury Professional late in 2022.   He was previously with Keller Williams Realty for over 8 years. Chuck is completely dedicated to handling client wants/needs. He obtained the GRI designation (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) so that I could gain more insight into the Real Estate business and have more expertise than other agents;  He received the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation to focus more on Luxury Properties for High Net Worth Clientele. At Coldwell Banker, he holds the LPS designation as a Luxury Property Specialist and is a member of the Global Luxury division.  He also attained the PSA designation, which is Pricing Strategy Advisor, to provide expertise in helping clients properly price their properties. He is also in the final stages of obtaining the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) to comfortably help clients with their international buying and selling. When free,  he likes to travel,  golf,  bike ride, and work in his garden.
